hasilnya kurang mNtap sb my cooker rosak lak.yg jd yg api kecik so udg tu soggy.huh
nmpknya mcm kna pki dapur bru je sb td gas xkuar lngsg.
bestnya kan kalau dpt dapur baru!!!

kari ayam
last nite msak kari kepala ikan ala raub
licin semua my guest mkn smpi yg tgh berdiet pun tergoda
ari ni buat kari ayam mcm raub tu.

btw my pav still chilling itself in fridge.
half dh bg jiran
happy sgt dia dpt my cake.sbnya dia ckp anak cucu dia suka mkn my cake.Alhamdulillah jumpa jugak dgn jiran yg suka mkn kek saya.sbnya saya suka mkn kek tp xde sape nk mkn.sedih sgt.nk beli rasa xbest.
sb saya suka baking
syukur ada jiran yg blh mkn bersama.lain kali i will give big portion ok?
korang yg suka mkn kek tu kalu nk dtg umh saya request je nnti saya buat jika kebetulan my lil sakina xgrumpy la!

Pavlova
ahkirnya bru berani cuba ms pav
huh pdn loh org jual mhl
simple but tricky
1 step miss -total loss
smpi terjatuh dlm gaung daaa td
perangai saya lak kalu buat sesuatu takut gagal
so disebabkn xleh terima kegagalan-saya bikin lg dgn pki egg white dr butter prawn yg tersadai 1-2 weeks.yg 1st pav tu pki egg white dr donut kentang pagi td.
within 1 hr saya beat again and yg first one tu dh elok dlm bin.puas hati!
failure is-xcut n fold cornstarch n vinegar properly.so jd leaking n flat and sugar not dissolve while beating
fail
sb tu saya ckp easy n simple but pntng lrg mesti ada sb pav ni adik beradik meringue!
so so so
i watch u tube again
tgk joy of baking punya demo
understand tips n trick
then buat smbil tgk u tube
sape ckp saya xfail making cake???
hihihi.
learn frm mistake
too much vinegar maybe
not cut n fold properly
then i make it again
with bismillahi tawakal to ala Allah again i repeat

so tonight special dinner for sil-will be Lamb Chop-Mushroom sauce-Coselaw-Fry potato and the dessert tadaaa Strawberry and Grapes Pavlova!!!

Lamb Chop and creamy mushroom sauce
Smlm, ada special guest coming to my house.
mak sedara,pak sedara and nenek hubby..
kelam kabut kami sediakan mknan sb derang just call us 30 min before arrive.Kebetulan my hubby ada buat mushroom sauce yg dia adapt from u tube.so kira langkah kanan kitaorg nk sediakan lamb chop,just bought nearby supermarket je,not bad ,sweet taste jugakla dr kitaorg g beli kt giant- rasa hampas pulak.
so mushroom sauce going wll as well as lamb chop.
so in a plate we have :
1 lamb chop
creamy mushroom sauce
cripsy potato fry
coselaw
i will update via Fb the receipe but will make it next time because so busy last night forgot to snap a photo.
sebabnya maybe 1-2 dys ni my sis in law nk dtg so as a promise, we will serve her lamb chop dinner!
will update in my fb soon.
